Our Return Policy

At Patience Brewster, Inc. we take great pride in offering handmade products with the highest quality, artistry, and craftsmanship.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from patiencebrewster.com for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date in its original packaging & gift box for a replacement, exchange, or a full refund.

Patience Brewster, Inc. will pay UPS return shipping costs for any item that arrives damaged, is defective in any way, or is not the item that was ordered. Simply fill out our Product Returns Form below or call our Guest & Product Specialists at 1-800-272-8844 (8:30am – 5:00pm EST M-F) to request a UPS postage-paid return label. We may request photo documentation of the damaged/defective piece in order to improve product quality.


If you wish to make an exchange and a balance is due for the exchanged product (including shipping fees), please call the office at 1-800-272-8844 with your credit card information.

Gift Returns

Please provide the original order number if available, purchaser’s name, and purchaser’s email address in the 'Details' section of the return form.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the item is no longer needed, desired, or if the wrong product was ordered.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks after the product is received at our warehouse. If you have requested a refund, please allow 1-3 business days for the credit to be applied to your credit card once the product has been processed at our warehouse.
