Unwrapping Your Gift!:|:July 7, 2017

Patience put a lot of thought into her packaging to ensure your gift arrives to your home safely and in one piece .  We use recycled papers to protect your item. With the use of scissors, it can be easily unwrapped, keeping all the fine details intact.  Also, save your gift boxes, so that you can store your items well for the next season and years to come!

I have the reindeer figurines that were shipped in molded styrofoam. After so many years of taking them in and out the styrofoam is breaking apart. Any tips on keeping them safe?

Hi Kathie, thanks for your comment! Sounds like you have the Department 56 version, that came in the styrofoam packaging. We changed that aspect of our boxing, since we found there was more breakage trying to wrestle with the styrofoam than with our recycled paper. I would recommend taking some recycled paper (shredded if you have easy access to a shredder!) and put it in some plastic baggies to create some cushion around the items in their boxes. Any packaging materials will suffice! Hope that helps! If you have more questions please email us or give us a call! info@patiencebrewster.com or 800.272.8844 Thank you!

Could you produce a video on how to store the reindeer figurines using the packaging you shipped them in?

Hi Algis, Our intention was for this video to show just that- how to carefully unwrap- and then use all those same materials to re-wrap after Christmas for proper storage. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we would be happy to help! 800.272.8844 Thank you!
